Item is a single used LT or RT inside door handle. It is in overall good condition but has some slight wear, scuffs, and somewhat dirty. It should fit 1975-1978 toyota pickups with this style handle.

The bolt holes are 6 1/8 inches apart center to center.

Please make sure your old ones were the same style and also 9 inches wide before purchasing.

Please remember this item is almost 40 years old!
