Yes! All of our 3D-printed products are designed and printed in-house using professional-grade equipment. Each piece is made with care to ensure quality, precision, and a clean touch from start to finish.
We primarily use PETG for its strength, durability, and temperature resistance. However, we also use PLA, ABS, TPU, ASA, and Nylon depending on the item’s use and application. The material used will always be listed in the product description.
While I’m still getting established, I’m not able to take on every custom project just yet—but I’m always open to hearing ideas. If you’re looking for a specific color or a slight variation of something I offer, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
Most of the materials we use—like PETG, ABS, and ASA—hold up well in sunlight and can tolerate higher temperatures. PLA, which we only use for indoor decorative pieces, is more heat-sensitive. Regardless of material, 3D-printed items should not be put in the dishwasher, as wash cycles can reach temperatures high enough to cause warping or damage. A quick wipe with a damp cloth is usually all they need. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to ask!
In-stock items almost always ship within 1 business day. For made-to-order prints, please allow 2 to 5 business days depending on complexity and current workload. We always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Yes, we accept returns on most items—whether they’re new, used, or 3D printed—as long as they’re returned within 14 days of delivery and in the same condition they were shipped. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or there’s a quality issue. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake. If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies for return, feel free to contact us first.
